Tottenham Hotspur head coach Thomas Frank has revealed that the club made every effort to sign Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo before his move to Manchester City. Semenyo had been heavily linked with a switch to North London after an impressive spell at AFC Bournemouth, but eventually completed a pound;65 million transfer to City earlier this month.
