Three outstanding players have been selected for the NASCO Ghana Premier League Player of the Month award for May/June after helping their clubs secure a place in the top half of the league table.
The said nominees are Albert Amoah of Asante Kotoko, Kingsley Braye of Medeama SC, and Kelvin Ampoful of Nations FC.
Albert Amoah (Asante Kotoko) netted four goals in five league matches and received one NASCO Player of the Match award, including a specular hat-trick against Medeama SC at home in matchday 33 action.
Kingsley Braye (Medeama SC), the midfielder, was prolific in front of goal, scoring three incredible goals in three league matches and receiving one NASCO Player of the Match award.
Kelvin Ampoful of Nations FC pulled three league goals in five matches and received three NASCO player of the match awards—the most in the month. The winner amongst the three will receive a 42-inch Television set from Electroland Ghana Limited as prize.
