Frederick Adotey Saka, the Chief Executive Officer of Vanguard Assurance Limited, has been crowned the Best CEO of the Year in General Insurance at the prestigious Ghana CEO Awards. The event, held at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra, recognized Frederick's commitment and innovation in developing Ghana's insurance sector and promoting best business practices.

The Ghana CEO Awards, now in its second edition, focused on "The Role of Business Leadership Towards Achieving the SDGS in Ghana." The ceremony aimed to celebrate the influential and accomplished CEOs who are making a significant impact on achieving Ghana's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

About Frederick Adotey Saka

Frederick Adotey Saka brings over 18 years of industry experience in technical operations, marketing, and strategy. He joined Vanguard Assurance Limited in 2018 as the Chief Operations Officer and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer a year later. Prior to joining Vanguard Assurance, he worked with Saham Insurance Ghana Limited.

Frederick is a chartered Insurer and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute-UK, as well as a fellow of the Chartered Insurers Institute-Ghana. He holds an MBA and BA in Economics and Law from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Additionally, he possesses a Group Diploma in Marketing awarded by the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).
